Role Summary :

We're seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Nevada and positively impact the lives of our clients.

At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being within the comfort of their homes.

Requirements and Skills :

• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation).

Responsibilities :

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping duties.
• Deliver personalized care in accordance with clients' individual care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well-being.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as required.
• Document care provided and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
