A company is looking for a Regional VP, Enterprise Sales based in Texas.Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives in Texas to achieve revenue targetsDevelop strategic account and territory plans to meet or exceed ACV targetsCollaborate with internal teams and engage high-priority client prospects to sell the value of the productsRequired Qualifications : 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level in TexasProven track record of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clientsDemonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent, foster a high-performance culture, and drive accountabilityExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, enabling effective pipeline management and forecastingAuthorization to access commodities and technologies controlled under U.
