Position Summary

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to play a significant role in the development and success of our sales force within the region by driving sales efforts, helping to reach sales goals and growth including researching new markets.

The RSD will also be responsible for coordinating local marketing efforts, including trade shows and local events for lead generation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Present potential customers with the company's technologies and capabilities
  • Support customers with any issue that arises or general support
  • Meet business goals and targets
  • Business development
  • Travel as necessary

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Skilled at negotiating high dollar, long duration agreements
  • Motivated and self-disciplined to successfully execute the regional sales plan
  • Level of technical knowledge of both rigid and rigid / flex PCBs
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. Citizen is a must

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or better preferred
  • 5 Years Experience in PCB / PCBA, full sales cycle, in US Market.
  • Significant experience in successful business-to-business sales
  • Experience in ITAR and EAR regulations
