The role is based in Round Rock Warehouse. Working schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m., and you must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.

What is the role?

• Ensure that work is performed accurately and meets or exceeds standards.
• Uphold safety requirements and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Follow, maintain, and help create welding procedures and specifications.
• Operate machinery / equipment in the production process or assist the assy. department.
• Assemble items as instructed by the department lead.
• Help keep the shop clean and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Operate overhead bridge crane to move material and final product.
• Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards as they apply to the above.
• Read and interpret blueprints and or drawings to determine the specific welding

requirements

Does this sound like you?

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years flux core welding experience and willing to get AWS certified
• Highly experienced fabricator welder who can take a set of fabrication build prints and run from start to finish
• Full-time shop position and shop experience is a must but experience in field erecting is a big plus
• Will need to proficiently use FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes to complete weldments on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Must have the ability to set up and operate the machines related to this work.
• Must perform quality and accurate work while keeping safety the top priority.
• Must be honest, self-motivated, and hard working. Must have basic computer skills and competency.
