Hospice Clinical Manager
Hospice Clinical Manager Position in Roswell, GA
Titan Placement Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to join a reputable healthcare team in Roswell, GA.

Salary and Benefits :
- Competitive Salary : $95,000 - $105,000 annually
- Quarterly Incentive Bonus
- Annual Performance Bonus
- Health Insurance : Employer covers 75%
- Dental and Vision Insurance : Provided
- Paid Time Off : 19 days in the first year
- Paid Holidays : 6
- Mileage Reimbursement : $0.50 per mile
- Cellphone Allowance : $60 per month

- Full Support Staff
Role and Responsibilities :
- Reports to the Director of Clinical Services
- Manage a census of 40 to 50 patients
- Oversee the delivery of clinical services and ensure high standards of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage the performance of clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs
Requirements :
- Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Previous management experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care
- 3 Years of Hospice Experience Required
