Role Overview :
You'll bridge the gap between our CEO and staff, ensuring our initiatives align with our mission. Your role includes giving honest feedback to keep us focused and on track.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Implementation : Convert ideas into actionable plans and lead the rollout of new technologies and patient care protocols.
Proactively review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and / or procedures; identify issues and implement solutions.
Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that maximize clinical care and growth potential.
Operational Excellence : Oversee smooth implementation of new programs and guide the team through changes with clear communication.
Understands, leads, and promotes the company's mission and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity, safety, corporate responsibility, and objectives.
- Dialysis Expertise : Use your knowledge of dialysis systems (e.g., NxStage, hemodialysis) to support and train our team, working closely with our peritoneal corporate nurse.
- Ensure all staff meet the required qualifications for the position held and perform duties within limitations established by and per company policy / procedures, health care professionals' practice acts, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- People Leadership : Lead by example with strong communication and motivational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and to influence positive outcomes.
- Travel : Visit locations to assess readiness, train new staff and physicians, and support new site openings. Willingness to cover multiple locations, available for moderate travel.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Proven leadership and project management skills. At least 5+ years in leading teams of people.
- 2+ years of supervisory or project management experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Home Dialysis (PD and HHD) preferred
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of dialysis care and regulatory requirements.
- Assure that assigned clinics comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Integration Mindset : Skilled in creating and executing strategic plans and collaborating with staff and vendors.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace, where change is common.
- Professionalism : Balance setting boundaries with creating a positive work environment.
