Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We are currently seeking highly qualified Field Child Well-Being Professionals to join our federal team. This position focuses on providing expert care and evaluations for children and families, particularly in clinical or immigration settings.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in culturally competent and trauma-centered care and fluent in multiple languages to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct evaluation and intervention services to children and their families in various settings.
- Utilize expertise in child development and trauma-informed care practices to assess and address the psychological and emotional needs of minors.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Document and maintain accurate case files and reports in compliance with federal regulations and organizational standards.
- Engage with community resources and other professionals to coordinate care and support for clients.
- May include travel to care sites within state or geographical region.

Required Experience
- Must possess a master’s or doctoral degree in behavioral health.
- Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license in one of the following fields, or equivalent : Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- At least 2 years of work experience post-full licensure, including experience in child development, culturally competent care, and trauma-centered therapy.
- Experience in clinical or immigration settings is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and Creole / French are highly desired to effectively manage sensitive communications with minors.
- Proven experience working in a multidisciplinary team-based environment.
- Doctor level prepared psychologists (LP)
