Position Office Receptionist

Job Location Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Starting Date Immediate

Employment Term Temp-To-Hire

Employment Type Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (8 : 30am 5 : 00pm)

Starting Pay Depends on Experience, $17-$20

Required Education High School Diploma / GED

You will be responsible for greeting customers and helping set up meetings and appointments. If you like working with computers you will also be helping keep records of all patients

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls from customers

Set appointments & schedule meetings

Greeting patients and customers

You will be responsible for maintaining records and processing payments

Qualifications

Experience with medical insurance is preferred but not needed

Experience with payrolling is preferred but not needed
