Job Summary : Our client is seeking an Espresso Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in Pawtucket. This position assumes responsibility for service of coffee espresso equipment within an established customer base. Local travel is required.
Job Responsibilities :
Diagnose, clean, repair and install espresso and coffee equipment
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
Receive and respond to Service Calls in a timely manner
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Must provide you own tools and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate our customers’ equipment emergencies
Qualifications :
Knowledge and understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
1 years’ experience fixing and troubleshooting espresso equipment
1 years’ experience in a customer facing facing role
Ability to work independently without supervision
Clean driving record
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
