As a Product Manager within the Business to Consumer (B2C) payments team, you will be given the chance to define and implement new payment methods, enhance client experiences, and stimulate business growth.

As a key leader, your responsibilities will include representing the customer's voice and developing profitable products that offer value to the customer.
Leveraging your extensive knowledge on product launch, you will guide the successful introduction of products, collect vital feedback, and ensure superior client experiences. Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Work directly with engineering and other internal teams to build and deliver the products
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Risk Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption
- Strong client-interface skills with an ability to observe and identify client problems and ideate solutions
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Working experience with Visa OCT and Mastercard Send etc.
- An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams, and coach and development of other team members
- Strong project management, analytical, detail oriented, problem solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners
- Work incredibly well with cross-functional partners and in a matrix environment including partnering with Product, Sales, Analytics and Design teams to recognize key growth areas for the business and emerging client needs

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Working experience with card payments or alternative payment rails like Zelle, and PayPal etc.
