We are seeking knowledgeable customer focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technicians to join the Crown team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Communicate daily with Manager or Supervisor to determine work schedule.
• Train, motivate, and monitor job performance of Shop Service Technicians. Inspect repairs and planned maintenance work.

Ensure safety practices. Review paperwork and timecards.

• Confer with customers and communicate issues to branch management. Maintain good customer relations.
• Estimate or quote repair cost.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform operator training.
• Order parts and complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior Company experience as a Service Technician.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical / electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written / verbal communication, customer care, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Technical degree preferred.
