About the Role : As a Solutions Engineer at Summit Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our technology solutions align with our customers’ needs and business objectives.
The Solutions Engineer will be involved in both presales discovery and post-sales onboarding including project-based services work, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied customer.
What You’ll Do : As a Solutions Engineer at Summit Technology, you will engage with prospective and current customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements, ensuring they align with the solutions offered by Summit Technology.
You will ensure the consistent delivery of our services to our customers, continuously improve our systems, enhance our processes, and provide advanced technical support to other team members at Summit Technology.

Your Responsibilities :
- Technical Discovery : Engage with prospective and current customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Solution Design : Develop solutions that meet customer needs and align with their business objectives.
- SOW Creation : Create detailed statements of work, including technical specifications and project timelines.
- Solution Architecture : Develop and evolve the solution architecture we use to deliver managed IT services to our customers.
- Vendor Collaboration : Maintain relationships and collaborate with key vendors.
- Project Coordination : Oversee the delivery of project-based services, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Operational Excellence : Implement, manage, and operate the platforms we utilize to deliver our services.
- Technical Support : Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues.
- Mentorship : Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
- Process Development : Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ongoing Learning : Engage in continuous learning and attain certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies to maintain expertise.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both customers and internal teams.
