Job Description
Superintendent Duties :
- Supervise and mentor direct reports
- Coordinate work on assigned projects to be completed on or ahead of contract schedule
- Plan and maintain job-site logistics, security, and safety
- Manage quality assurance program and third-party consultants to comply with project specifications
- Coordinate job-site logistic plan with Project Manager
- Arrange for proper size crews at the job-site
- Order and maintain tools according to the project requirements as coordinated with the Project Manager
- Ensure proper and accurate job layout on a timely basis
