My client, one of the most respected General Contractors in the Chicagoland areas, is looking to add a Superintendent to their Healthcare division.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a Superintendent role with a background running healthcare work.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to the OSHA standards
- Maintain strict adherence to healthcare-specific regulations, including infection control, life safety, and patient privacy, ensuring that construction activities do not disrupt ongoing medical services.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager, Owner, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds project specifications
- Develop, maintain, and adjust the project schedule, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Quickly identify, assess, and resolve issues that arise on-site, making real-time decisions to keep the project on track without compromising safety, quality, or compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Superintendent role at a Commercial General Contractor
- Successful track record running Healthcare projects valued at $2-$10M
- Proficiency in Procore or other construction software
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent preferred
- OSHA Certified

- $105-$135k base salary, depending on experience
