Position Details :
- Full-time position : 40 hr / week
- On-site for the next school year
- Competitive hourly rate : $40-47 / hr
Job Description :
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in a school environment.
- Maintain a current occupational therapy license.
- Possess experience working with children and adolescents in school settings.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Previous experience in school or pediatric environments is mandatory.
- OT licenses and teaching certifications for Ohio are required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues.

- W-2 Employment Contract

Interview Process :
- Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter
- Followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
- Job offer typically made within 24-48 hours after the virtual interview
