- Safelyremove soap from molds using automated and manual hoistsystems.
- Operatemanual and hydraulic cutting equipment to cut soap into loaf orbar.
- QualityAssurance : Measure and verify all specifications of large soapbricks prior tocutting.
- Keepstation equipment and utensils clean and in workingorder.
Otherresponsibilities mayinclude :
- Inventorymanagement : Receive and put away raw materials; store stage andship finishedgoods.
- Operatematerial handling equipment including forklifts manual pallettrucks motorized hand / lift truck. (OSHA CertificationPreferred).
- Operatepumps and valves to handle liquidingredients.
- Packagelabel box palletize and ship finishedproducts.
PackagingResponsibilities :
- Ableto troubleshoot and be flexible to jump between tasks based onorderdemands.
- Responsiblefor preparing the product for manufacturing anddistribution.
- Inspectsproduct for defects and verifies correctcounts.
- Responsiblefor inprocess checks and inventoryadjustments.
AllRole Skills &Qualifications :
- Attentionto details good attitude anddependability.
- Comfortablein a fastpacedenvironment.
- Previousassembly line and / or production experiencepreferred.
AllRoleRequirements :
- Abilityto stand for 8 hours leaning over and liftingtrays.
- Mustbe able to lift push and pull up to50lbs.
- Abilityto perform repetitive tasks for extended periods oftime.
- Steeltoe / nonslip shoes arerequired.
