Luxury Salon Coordinator / Receptionist

New hybrid blow dry bar & salon has an exceptional opportunity to join the finest full-service salon and blowout bar in the SoHo District of Tampa Florida.

We are currently seeking two Salon Concierges with strong managerial skills, a genuine passion for people, beauty, and fashion, adept at sales, highly detail-oriented, and naturally charismatic.

This is a part-time role, offering 18-25 hours per week, with a set schedule. At Pink Soda, we pride ourselves on our active role within the community and our unwavering commitment to providing our clients with the highest standards of quality and personalized experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Uphold and elevate our stellar reputation by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide a warm welcome to clients, sell and serve from our speciality beverages menu, and engage in friendly conversations.
• Preparing custom specialty champagne items and mock tails. Taking orders, charging for the drinks in our system, and cleaning up bar area always to ensure the highest standards.
• Handle transactions, promote products and sales, and contribute to our bottom line.
• Manage appointment bookings and confirmations through phone, text, and email for all locations.
• Making sure salon is always clean and organized and stocked well.
• Actively sell products and assist in closing product sales for the salon.
• Demonstrate genuine care for guests, team members, and the salon as a whole.
• Encourage guests to invest in Memberships.
• Maintain a spotless reception area and salon.
• Inform clients about our services, products, and special events.
• Ensure our online reputation is rich while asking happy clients to do 5 star reviews on us.
• Gathering content for our social media platforms.
• Being the liaison for the brand with marketing and partnership opportunities within Tampa business in line with our luxury brand.
• Weekly runs to Trader Joes for Flowers on Friday mornings to ensure salon aways has fresh flowers.

Skills :

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, phone, email) for top-tier customer service.
• Proficiency in handling POS systems.
• Experience with Mac computers and iPads.
• Familiarity with transaction processing.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Social media experience is a plus.
