Our client is seeking an ambitiousoperationallyfocused and resultsdriven Leader. This position willbe a Hybrid position based inMetroDetroit MI.
As the Regional Operations Director you willbe responsible for a portfolio of 12outpatient dialysis clinics 250 teammates with 12 direct reports(clinic managers) and a P&L of $50M.
You will report to aDivision Vice President and collaborate with other region anddivision leaders including a finance manager people service managermedical directors to drive your businessforward.
Requiredqualifications to be a successful Director ofOperations :
- Bachelorsdegree Masters Degree stronglypreferred
- 5years experience as a supervisor / leader in operations with at least2 years of multisite experience
- Prior P&Lmanagement experience. Demonstrated track record of successfulfiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financialexpertise
- Strong leadership acumen; successfulteam management and development
- Experienceworking in a matrix organization with the ability to managemultiple priorities across various stakeholders anddepartments
- Ability to develop and implementstrategic planning initiatives that maximize the regions clinicalcare and growthpotential

- Develop andimplement strategic planning initiatives that maximize the regionsclinical care and growth potential
- Interfacewith business leaders from a broad range of functional teamsincluding Finance People Services Strategy Quality and others insupport of strategy and operationalexecution.
