• $3.50 for days, 5.00 nights, and $8.00 for weekends for Shift differential

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.

Additional requirements include :

• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
• PALS Certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire

Minimum Requirements :

• Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required.
• You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.
• A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred.
• 5 years of experience preferred

We provide a comfortable and supportive environment for mothers and babies and take a family-centered approach to newborn care.

Our nurses offer the best care in the area and create a community atmosphere in the maternity unit. Maria Parham Women's Care offers board-certified OBGYNs and midwives for delivery assistance.
