Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the daytoday operations of the HR department including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Serve as a key advisor to management providing guidance on HR best practices employee engagement and organizational development.
- Oversee talent management initiatives including workforce planning succession planning and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership on employee turnover satisfaction and other key indicators.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in HRIS software and other HR management tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR or SPHR certification.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Background in managing HR functions within a fastpaced or global organization.
- Demonstrated success in fostering diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
