Job Description
Are you an Electrical Engineer eager to expand your role and make a significant impact on product quality?
The Quality Engineering team within the Industrial Equipment Division, is looking to add an Electrical Engineer to a high preforming team of quality professionals.
In this on-site role, you'll lead Quality Control efforts and drive continuous improvement in industrial welding products.

How you will make an Impact :
- Product Quality Improvement : Responsible for continuous improvement of focus products.Champion overall product quality improvements both internally on the manufacturing line and externally with suppliers or customers.
- Investigation and Analysis : Function as one of the quality resources to investigate and work with the team to resolve electrical product issues.
Investigate and perform root cause analysis to resolve supplier quality issues and achieve quality goals.
Collaboration and Communication : Partner with manufacturing personnel to drive quality conversations regarding electrical components, manufacturing processes, and closely with the Sustaining Engineering team, Operations, Product Management, and Customer Service.
Collaborate with suppliers and end users to improve current products and ensure customer satisfaction.Present data analysis findings to cross functional stakeholders.
What you need to do to be successful in this role :
Technical Skills : Proficiency with troubleshooting, compliance testing, documentation, and manufacturing support.Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
Ability to troubleshoot PCBs and understanding of PCB layout.Experience with data collecting, monitoring, and analytics.Understand and execute supplier quality traceability and verification or is open to pursuing a Certified Quality Engineer certification or similar certification.
Teamwork and Communication : Must be able to work effectively as an individual or in a team individual with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive mindset that helps you navigate and overcome adversities effectively.
Flexibility and Travel : Limited travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of industry experience.
- Ability to read and review technical electrical drawings and BOM.
