Ceridian's DayForce (HCM) Solution Architect

Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the Head of HCM practice, the DayForce Solution Architect is responsible for successful DayForce Implementation and go live
- Guide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration and testing
- Provide configuration insights to each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices
- Assist clients in fully integrating the DayForce system into their existing business environments
- Advise client on different options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Be the DayForce SME and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
- Very efficient with time management and timely reporting progress to higher ups
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering DayForce solutions
- Closely work with Our Client delivery team to ensure deliverables are met on time and budget
Required Skills :
- At least 2 years of DayForce Implementation experience as a Solution Architect
- Very strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines - Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment
- DayForce certification is recommended
- Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
- Experience in re-engineering HR business processes
- Good understanding of Integration concepts
