Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the staffing industry to join our fully remote national sales team.

In this role you will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding our Company Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services across Enterprise and MidSize clients throughout the U.
S. Your primary objective will be to drive new business growth and increase our market share.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect potential clients including large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and midmarket companies.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding ensuring a seamless transition.
- Navigate complex sales cycles engaging and influencing decisionmakers at various levels within target organizations.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Qualifications :
- Must reside in the United States.
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT Finance & Accounting Engineering etc.) to MidMarket and Enterpriselevel customers.
- 35 years of experience selling Managed Services such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem community including Talent Acquisition Procurement MSP and Contingent Workforce Program leaders.
- Established relationships with key decisionmakers in industries such as Technology Finance and Engineering.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients in the professional staffing or managed services space.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Excellent customer service interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 23 times per year.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in tools such as Zoom Dynamics CRM and MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
