We are disrupting and reshaping how attorneys’ and clients interact and work with each other. We offer legal services at a quarter of the cost and time, making legal support more accessible and affordable.

As we launch our early adopter program in the Fall of 2024 we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team on a full time basis and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal tech.

We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Product Manager with a proven track record of bringing innovative software products to market.

The ideal candidate has a passion for building and scaling B2B SaaS products and marketplaces, and experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision : Define the product roadmap and set the strategic direction, ensuring alignment with our company’s mission to disrupt and democratize legal services for startups and small businesses.
• Early Adopter Program : Lead the development and execution of the early adopter program, incorporating user feedback to refine and optimize product features in our mission for product market fit.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Work closely with engineering, design, legal, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product development cycles and successful go-to-market strategies.
• User Research : Conduct research and data analysis to deeply understand our users’ needs, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
• Product Launch : Drive product launches, ensuring the release of high-quality features that deliver meaningful value to our users.
• Metrics & KPIs : Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics to measure success and inform future product decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management for software products, ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment with an eagerness to embrace ambiguity and wear multiple hats.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment as a self starter in a remote first culture with a desire to go all in to build something transformative.
• Experience working closely with legal, compliance, or professional services teams is a plus.
