Overview :
Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing Sana's reach, awareness and sales in new markets. Creating new partnerships with aligned businesses, homeowner associations, condominiums, private schools, cultural organizations, nonprofits and more within a 10-mile radius of each studio.
You will be a present force in the community and champion our growing movement towards healthier skin & self love.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Sana's partnership strategy.
- Develop and maintain an up to date partnership database.
- Ongoing market research identifying the best partners for Sana.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, including outreach, strategy execution and ongoing relationship management.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide weekly reports / updates to COO / CEO.
- Organize, plan and host activations and events to build brand awareness for Sana.
- Provide feedback on strategies and ideas for improvement.
- Be a Sana Ambassador everywhere you go.
Experience :
- Strong sales background.
- 2-3 years experience in business development management.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Experienced deal closer.
Type : Full-Time, Hybrid flexibility, Tuesdays and Thursdays in Office (9 : 00am-5 : 00pm)
Pay :
The base salary for this role is $42,000 per year and the potential for monthly performance bonuses of up to an additional $42,000.
The total potential compensation for this role could reach $84,000.
