VectorCSP is a small business headquartered in NC with an office in Lexington Park MD. This position is located in Lakehurst NJ.
The job offer is contingent based upon contract award which is anticipated to be in April 2025.
The Security Specialist (Senior) serves as the overall lead and acts as the functional team lead for teams performing the above functions at the specific site.
This includes coordinating and overseeing the tasking of other team members, providing training, mentoring, or supervision of other team members, tracking project progress, and participating in planning of projects, resourcing, and events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for Government program authorities on technical and program / project issues
- Establishes and maintains a process for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) security administration
- Performs security and administrative management of assigned SCI and SAP
- Considers all aspects of security, to include personnel security, physical security, operations security, communications security, and associated oversight.
Education :
Required : High School diploma or GED. Must obtain Security Fundamental Professional Certification (SFPC) certification within 1 (one) year of employment and maintain certification for the duration of employment.
Experience :
Minimum of 10 years of recent and relevant experience
Security Clearance :
- Minimum Requirement : TOP SECRET
- Expected Full Performance Level : TOP SECRET SCI
