About the Job
Steadmont Advisors, an independent wealth management firm in Birmingham, AL, is seeking an organized, reliable, motivated professional with superior attention to detail to fulfill the role of Client Relations Associate.
This candidate will work within a dynamic entrepreneurial environment to deliver seamless and integrated results for our clients’ ongoing service and account maintenance needs.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and use proactive communications and relationship management skills to always ensure exceptional workflow efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client calls
- Greet and host clients in-office
- Provide administrative support to advisors and management, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
- Process and follow up on account paperwork, and establish client accounts.
- Promptly and effectively address client inquiries and requests.
- Provide proactive client communication on status updates and follow-up as appropriate.
- Complete ACH / wire / check requests.
- Maintain client files and records.
- Generate appropriate statements and reports.
- Initiate and / or participate in client experience projects or initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications :
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone and in person
- Highly organized
- Imperative focus on details & accuracy
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
- The Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry
- Ability to prioritize timeliness while maintaining a high sense of accuracy
- Positive and respectful attitude
- Team player
- 1+ years of working experience in a professional setting
Position Details :
- Exclusively working in-person at our Birmingham, AL location
- 5% 401k match + possibility for Profit Sharing
- 50% of Health Insurance costs are covered by Steadmont
Salary : Competitive Salary plus Bonus, based on relevant experience
