Job Title : Account Manager
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000 per year
Location : On-site in Scripps Ranch, CA
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. As our Service Sales Consultant , your primary goal will be to proactively build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
You will work closely with them to identify complex technology solutions, leveraging our industry-leading support system to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Identify and deliver tailored technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upsell services.
- Stay current with industry trends and company offerings to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in account management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Eagerness to learn about our services and the technology field.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience : Account management experience in the security, HVAC, elevator, or landscaping industries .
