Job Summary :
As ourInnovative Bookkeeper Extraordinaire you will play a pivotal rolein maintaining the financial health of our company.
You will beresponsible for managing our financial records leveraging yourexpertise in QuickBooks and implementing innovative strategies tooptimize our bookkeeping processes.
Your meticulous attention todetail creative problemsolving skills and proficiency in QuickBookswill be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of ourfinancial operations.
Responsibilities :
Financial Record Management : Maintain accurate anduptodate financial records using QuickBooks including accountspayable and receivable payroll tax records and general ledgers.
Utilize QuickBooks' advanced features to ensure dataaccuracy and efficiency.
Financial Reporting : Prepare comprehensive financial reports statements and forecastsfor management review. Provide valuable analysis andrecommendations to support strategic decisionmaking.
Innovative ProcessImprovement :
Continuously evaluate andenhance bookkeeping processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.Identify opportunities to leverage QuickBooks features andautomation to streamline tasks and reduce manual efforts.
Budgeting and Cost Control : Collaborate with themanagement team to develop and monitor budgets ensuring adherenceto financial goals.
Identify costsaving measures and proposeinnovative solutions to optimize expenditure.
Compliance and Audit Support : Ensure compliance with localstate and federal financial regulations. Assist with externalaudits and maintain required documentation.
Crossfunctional Collaboration : Collaborate with variousteams including Operations Human Resources and Sales to gatherfinancial data provide insights and support businessinitiatives.
QuickBooks Expertise : Demonstrateproficiency in QuickBooks including advanced features andfunctionalities. Train and support team members in effectivelyutilizing QuickBooks for financial management.
Professional Development : Stay uptodate with the latestaccounting principles regulations and QuickBooks advancements.Actively participate in training programs and seek opportunities toexpand your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting Finance or arelated field (CPA certification is a plus).
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similarfinancial role.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooksand advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellentanalytical and problemsolving abilities with exceptional attentionto detail.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
Demonstrated ability to implementinnovative ideas and improve processes.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to explain complex financial conceptsclearly.
