is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial / Industrial Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

This role requires a strategic leader with a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.

If you have a minimum of 2+ years of project management experience in commercial and / or industrial construction, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project Planning : Set up and plan projects by defining scope, objectives, and stakeholders.

  • Project Management : Develop detailed project plans, including stages, resources, budgets, and timeframes, while continuously monitoring and adjusting resources and timelines as needed.
  • Software Utilization : Utilize Procore project management software for streamlined documentation, processes, and communication, along with bid portals for efficient project bidding.
  • Coordination : Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth workflow.
  • Risk Management : Address potential risks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.-Budget and Timeline Compliance : Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting issues to management as necessary.The ideal candidate should possess : -Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a project management role within construction, with demonstrable knowledge of commercial and industrial construction processes.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Construction Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction management processes, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Leadership and Communication : Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to visit and assess project sites as needed.Benefits : -Health and Wellness : Multiple medical plan options through United Health Care, including two PPO plans and an HSA option, available 30 days after hire.

  • Paid Time Off : Two weeks of vacation and one week of sick leave annually.-Performance Bonuses : Annual bonus package based on personal and company performance.
  • Additional Coverage Options : Accident Advantage, Hospital Indemnity, and Short-Term Disability insurance available through Guardian.

Schedule : -8 hour shift-Monday to FridayWork Location : -Saint Peters, Missouri-This position is based at our headquarters, with project sites located throughout the region.
