T. Group as follows : Responsibilities : Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.Perform quality assurance.
Define reporting and alerting requirements.Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
Help design, document, and maintain system processes.Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to improve.
Communicate key insights and findings to product team.Work with different divisions to drive best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements and qualifications : Previous experience in the role of a Business or Systems Analyst.Experience in Project Management.
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Solid experience in writing SQL queries.Experience with IBM iServer (AS400)would be preferred.Strong written, verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and process documentation.
Solution oriented with strong critical thinking skills.Strong understanding of and implementation experience with supply chain, APS / MRP, and other operational and accounting modules, Infor XA preferred.
Provide cross-functional team support to the divisions.Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.Work together with others as a team.
Great personality for interacting with others.Prior experience working with a growing organization (preferred).Independent and self-motivated.
