The Regional Multi Family Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving the marketing strategy for our properties within the region.
This role involves training leasing agents, developing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring properties are rent-ready, enhancing curb appeal, conducting market surveys, and monitoring
paid online marketing efforts. You will play a key role in boosting occupancy rates and improving overall property performance, with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Training & Development : Train and mentor leasing agents on effective marketing techniques, customer service, and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- Campaign Creation : Design, implement, and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, and events) to attract prospective residents.
- Property Inspections : Regularly inspect properties to ensure they are rent-ready, focusing on unit condition, amenities, and overall presentation.
- Curb Appeal Enhancement : Collaborate with property management teams to enhance the curb appeal of properties, ensuring they are visually appealing to prospective residents.
- Market Surveys : Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to gather insights on pricing, occupancy trends, and local market dynamics, informing strategic decisions.
- Online Marketing Oversight : Monitor and assess the effectiveness of paid online marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to maximize reach and engagement.
- Performance Tracking : Set performance metrics for leasing agents and marketing campaigns, tracking results and providing feedback to improve outcomes.
Bonus Structure : Work towards specific performance goals that align with occupancy rates and resident retention to earn bonuses based on achieved metrics.
Qualifications :
- BILINGUAL IN SPANISH PREFERRED
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Proven experience in training and developing teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
