This leader will coach a team of document imaging specialists in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities : Supervises and assigns specific responsibilities to all operations personnelMotivates, mentors, and empowers the team to meet and exceed imaging quotas and quality standardsMonitors employee attendance, productivity, and other performance markersAdministers coaching and disciplinary actions as neededEffectively uses metrics to aid accountability and measure performanceEnsure compliance with company policy, customer needs, and Federal guidelinesReports production issues and stoppages, troubleshooting in a timely mannerCommunicates directly with customers where appropriateAssists inbounding and outbounding orders, organizing pallets and boxes on the work floor, using a pallet jack when neededMakes recommendations to management on desirable additions, replacements or changesRepresents imaging operations in virtual and in-person meetingsKey Skills, Requirements and Competencies : High school diploma or equivalent minimum, college degree preferredMust acquire and maintain a Public Trust security clearance, Secret clearance preferredTwo years prior supervisory experience in a production environmentA minimum of 5 years of computer experience in the Windows environment or Google equivalentsActive participation in the operations, support, and maintenance of all aspects of imaging practices within Iron MountainEnsure processes and procedures are in place to ensure Iron Mountain security policies and controls are met related to imagingA professional demeanor and fair management practices as outlined by Iron Mountain’s core values are a mustKofax knowledge is a plusPrior Federal document imaging is a plusCompliance Obligations : It is the responsibility of every Iron Mountain employee : to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policiesto exhibit ethical behavior in accordance with our Code of Ethics and Business Conductto complete required training within the allotted time frame#OPSCategory : Operations GroupIron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
