Business Systems Analyst
Full-Time / Permanent
Location : Muskegon, MI (Onsite)
Salary : $65,000-$85,000 (15% quarterly bonuses)

Primary Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst :
- Manage applications and SQL databases.
- SQL database support (backup, recovery, archiving, adding new tables, etc.
- Creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Leading Projects - software implementations, coordinating testing.
- Identify and solve problems for the programmers and system users.
- Write, test, debug, and document application programs.
- Train users in methods and capabilities of on-line applications and software.
- Keep informed with current IT technologies, specifically that which relates to the company’s requirements and equipment.
- Assist in program management and issue resolution to avoid service interruption.
- Assist in management of changes to all software, data tables and network configurations for IT applications.
- Assist in vital record management including data storage, back-up, and recovery procedures.
- Work with vendors to support additional software applications as needed : LIMS, ABS, shop floor data collection.
Preferred Experience & Qualities of the Business Systems Analyst :
- Experience working for a manufacturing company.
- Familiarity with MS SQL server administrations : (database, backup, restore, archiving, and security).
- Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, table joins, views.
- Familiarity with Power BI and SSRS reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Integration Services.
- Ability to write and maintain PowerShell Scripts.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems and MES Systems.
- Exposure to Windows Server, Windows 11, vSphere, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Bonus Experience of the Business Systems Analyst :
- Expertise using Glovia / G2, Syteline, LIMs and other ERP, MES and QMS systems.
- Experience using Superlayer / ProIV programming language.
- Four-year degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field of study.
