Job Summary

Our in-house Marketing team plays a pivotal role in supporting TDIndustries' business development efforts through strategic customer communication, handling Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs), crafting proposals and managing PreQualifications.

We seek an innovative Proposal Administrator dedicated to facilitating and executing professional qualifications, crafting high-quality proposal responses and managing our content library effectively.

The ideal candidate will excel in coordination and deadline management and possess meticulous attention to detail. The Administrator we seek will have outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, approaching each with a positive and proactive attitude.

Essential Duties

Review, create and edit proposals and prequalification responses to meet client requirements.

  • Maintain and update content library to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with various teams to gather necessary information for proposals and responses.
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline proposal creation and submission.
  • Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely submission of prequalifications, proposals and responses.
  • Assist in the development of proposal templates and standard content.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro
  • Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Understand AP style and requirements.
  • Contributes to digital content hubs, including case studies, project profiles, award submittals, blogs, etc.
  • Assist with lead tracking and capital planning research.
  • Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • 3+ years' experience in proposal development, prequalification delivery, content management or related role required.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
  • Certification in proposal management (APMP) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and proposal management software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in CRM software (D365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities while achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to interact professionally with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight.
