We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our users across various applications, systems, and equipment.
In this role, you will be a key resource for troubleshooting, maintenance, and training, ensuring smooth IT operations within our division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive support for all user applications, including DHI Sales, Microsoft Office, web tools, and additional software used by the division.
Collaborate with regional and corporate staff to meet the division's IT needs.
Maintain and troubleshoot copiers, phone systems, printers, computers, networks, websites, and other software applications.
Ensure system accessibility for all users with minimal downtime, especially for Sales and Construction teams.
Manage computer software and hardware inventory, including maintenance, upgrades, and replacements as needed.
Administer user accounts and groups across systems, including setup, modifications, and terminations as required.
Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment, services, and software.
Train staff on all applications, enhancing their understanding and proficiency.
Uphold professional and ethical standards, focusing on customer service and fostering positive company goodwill.
Be flexible with overtime and occasional overnight travel as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support or technical support.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and email applications.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in written, oral, or digital formats.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands, fingers, and vision as required.
Moderate noise level environment adaptability.
