Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience copywriting, editing, and marketing for banking or financial services
- Strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates exceptional writing and content marketing skills
- Experience managing stakeholders and clients
- Strong project management, calendar, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and great with handling and applying constructive feedback
- Experience reviewing and presenting content marketing metrics
- Microsoft Office, calendar tools, online publishing, and Workfront (or similar project management tool) experience required
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit content in various formats for web, email, social media, SMS, and more
- Plan and manage editorial and campaign calendars
- Manage content hosted on the Wintrust news and education blog
- Manage external and internal partner relationships and projects
- Project manager for content, PR, and other marketing projects as needed
- Measure content performance and present monthly findings and action items to leadership
- Research and analyze customer, competitor, and content marketing trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance
