Job Description

WHAT WE'RE DOING

At Lockheed Martin, we're at the forefront of developing cutting-edge defense systems that ensure global security. Our International Mission Systems (IMS) sub-market segment plays a critical role in advancing Multi-Domain Combat Solutions, particularly through programs like the Aegis System Equipped Vessels (ASEV).

This program is a priority within the IWSS Line of Business (LOB) and focuses on delivering high-performance, mission-critical systems to our international allies.

THE WORK

As a Senior Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing the financial aspects of the ASEV development program. You'll work independently, collaborating closely with the Program team to establish and maintain budget baselines, ensure accurate Estimate at Completions (EAC), and deliver key customer reports such as IPMR, CFSR, and WBS.

Your role will involve detailed weekly analysis of actual costs, cost and schedule variance analysis, and the generation of customer financial reports.

You'll also be responsible for reviewing funding and contract modifications, conducting staffing and manpower planning analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities to contain program cost exposures.

WHO WE ARE

Our team at Lockheed Martin thrives on innovation, precision, and a commitment to excellence. We collaborate across disciplines and bring our expertise together to solve the most complex challenges in defense and security.

The ASEV program is one of our most critical projects, and we are dedicated to its success through rigorous financial management and strategic planning.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a detail-oriented financial analyst with a strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM). You have experience working with complex programs and are comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to identify cost exposures and make informed recommendations. You are proficient in using financial tools like SAP and COBRA, and have a solid understanding of budget baselines, EAC, and contract management.

WHY JOIN US

Joining Lockheed Martin means being part of a team that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in defense and security.

You'll have the opportunity to work on high-priority programs that have a direct impact on global security. In this role, you'll be empowered to take on significant responsibilities, contribute to mission-critical projects, and grow your career in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
