Benchmark and track success metrics both to show return on investment as well as to provide a feedback loop for agency and client teams.
Plan and manage project work to ensure team meets assigned deliverables. Provide analyses, presentations, insights and recommendations, while always offering an informed point of view.
Lead project-based analytics, including but not limited to, price, promotion, placement, and product strategy. Support the skill and career growth of members of the team and focusing on skills development.
Provide strategic leadership on all analytics projects, act as the senior expert on analytics issues. Support relationship management needs across key clients.
Manage client portfolios through proactive analysis and recommendations. Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving data strategy across multiple touch points.
Develop best in class tools and capabilities to drive productivity and Brand growth. Collaborate with sales, marketing, business development, and shopper marketing, on strategic solutions support.
Work closely with Client Services to ensure alignment on strategic vision. Cultivate high performance culture to enhance business knowledge, analytical skills and tool usage.
Qualifications Preferred Experience / Qualifications : Experience in CPG highly preferred. Working knowledge of syndicated data, household panel data, Geo-Demographic data, plan-o-gram analyses and consumer / shopper research.
Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications. Skills / Competencies : Results, strategy and vision orientation, strong leadership and analytical, oral and written communication, resources and team management, consumer trends and business analyses, change management, analytical, financial acumen, planning and organizing, and project and risk management.
Demonstrated business project management, time management, and communication skills necessary to execute the responsibilities and deliver against client expectations.
Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex data. Ability utilizing advanced statistical analysis techniques and the ability to build reports and presentations using insights derived from analytics Ability to clearly and precisely communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups.
Ability to communicate precise consumer and business solutions to customers and team leaders / members. Ability to understand and react to most recent consumer trends and purchasing behavior.
