• Theprimary purpose of the CNA is to provide igned residents withroutine daily nursing care in accordance with elished nursing careprocedures and as may be directed bysupervisors..
• The Certified Nursing istant CNAmust be committed to our mission to deliver superior healthcare toour residents in a manner which promotes independence preservesdignity & strives to improve their quality oflife
• Provide residents with routine dailynursing care in accordance with elished procedures & doent theresident care appropriately
• Create &maintain a calm atmosphere throughout theunit / shift
• Prepare residents for meals servetrays & ist with feeding as indicated
• CNAwill check residents routinely to ure that their personalcare / hygiene needs are being met including giving / isting residentswith bath functions
• ist with transportationlifting turning moving positioning & transferring residentsinto / out of beds chairs bathtubs wheelchair liftsetc.
• Answer resident calls promptly &report all changes in residents conditionpromptly
• Measure & record temperaturespulse blood pressures etc. as instructed

Requirements :

• Holds CNA Certification in NewYork State that is current & in goodstanding
• Dedicated to providing extraordinarycompionate care as a CNA to eachresident
• Energetic enthusiastic committed &pionate about quality care
• Genuinely interestedin helping ill injured disabled elderly emotionally upset &sometimes challenging residents
• Patience acheerful disposition & willingness to ist any residents &coworkers
• Excellent communication customerservice & organization ss
• Trusted to workindependently & in a team environment
• Ableto work well under pressure flexible & will work harmoniouslywith all staff
