- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and go beyond them.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers
- Deliver exceptional presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our instruments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and happiness
Requirements
- Remotely based field sales position.
- Travel 50-75% accross the Boston territory
- 3+ years of proven track record of sales success in a similar role
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of scientific instruments and consumables
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manages sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking by Salesforce system and other designated IT tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field required
