Sr. Data Analyst needs 57years handson experience working with SQL and a strongunderstanding of different data structures (flat files andDBMS)
Sr. Data Analyst requires :
- 7 years experience working as a BI analyst ordata analyst leveraging BI tools in a centralized data warehouseenvironment
- 3 years experience with datamodeling concepts and techniques
- Experienceworking with Cognos v.8.x or higher or similar BI tool is a plus
- Experience working with Teradata DataWarehouse or other DBMS is a plus
- HeavySQL
- Source to TargetMapping
- Requirements gathering datamodeling
- Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 7 years of relatedprofessional experience
- Proven experience onprojects involving data integration data warehousing data cleansingdata mapping and data conversion activities
- Well versed in data management concepts data lifecycleand methodologies
- Certification in DataManagement (CDMP) or Business Intelligence (CBIP) is aplus
Sr. Data Analystduties :
- Validates that dataintegration data movement and warehouse meets requirements andservicelevel agreements
- Works with architectsto translate requirements into technical specifications
- Act as the conduit between the customer and technicalteams to ensure requirements are understood
- Act in an advisory capacity in data model reviewsarchitecture approach and solution design to ensure high qualitydeliverables
