Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound member calls for various campaigns, including appointment scheduling and medication adherenceHandle inbound calls and complete detailed documentation for Medicare membersEnsure timely completion of calls and maintain performance standards while adapting to multiple campaignsRequired Qualifications : Minimum of 12 months experience in customer / member services within a healthcare organizationExperience with conducting outbound calls in a managed care environment preferredHigh school diploma required;
some college coursework preferredBilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
