Our Client Advisors ...
- Are responsible for identifying, soliciting and closing new business for the company
- Generate an ongoing list of prospects
- Utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to contact prospective clients
- Have the ability to identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to our clients - beyond employee benefits (and enjoy the financial rewards of doing so)
- Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts for existing clients
- Maintain client relationships and retention of accounts through agency’s renewal workflows.

- Bring 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
- Are personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
- Possess highly effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Have excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Are consultative and brig a positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates
- Leverage excellent listening skills with strong customer focus
- Are experienced using Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and HubSpot
- Work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives
- Consistently demonstrate that they are self-motivated and driven
- Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
- Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to a high level of accuracy
