Firm : Boutique firm specializing in estate planning and business matters
Experience : At least five years of experience as an Illinois estate planning attorney
Qualifications :
- Strong background in gift and estate tax planning
- Expertise in trust and estate administration
- Desire to build a practice in estate planning, family office services, and tax matters
- Accounting or financial background and / or LLM in taxation preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities :
- Provide family office services
- Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorneys
- Conduct gift and estate tax planning
- Manage trust and estate administration
- Assist in investment entity formation and draft governance documents
- Handle real estate closings
- Ensure tax compliance
- Collaborate with clients, other attorneys, and professionals
