Position Title : Elementary Summer School Site Coordinator
Position Reports : Building Principal
Responsibilities : Responsible for the coordination and administration of the daily routine of an elementary summer school site, implementation of curriculum, supervision of students and staff, ordering needed instructional materials and supplies, scheduling instructional activities and special programs, maintaining open communication with parents, and implementing the district code of conduct.
Qualifications :
ng certification with a graduate degree. Administrative certification preferred (commensurate with level).
2. At least three (3) successful years of classroom teaching experience
3. Interest and experience in educational leadership and curriculum implementation
4. Training in balanced literacy and / or the Model Literacy Classroom
5. Ability and personality necessary to work effectively with colleagues, students, parents, and other individuals, as well as formal and informal groups and organizations
6. Possess positive, effective, people skills
Extra duty contract for Elementary Schools $5,040.00.
