Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience in heavy construction? Join our client's dynamic team and lead exciting projects to success! This role involves travel to various US states, including Massachusetts.
Qualifications :
- Education : Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Experience : 5-6 years as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in heavy construction.
- Certifications : OSHA 30-hrs Construction Training; First-Aid / CPR.
- Skills : Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and team supervision. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Plan, organize, and staff key field positions.
- Project Management : Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards.
- Client Liaison : Maintain strong relationships with clients and A / E contacts.
- Budgeting : Create and review job budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
- Supervision : Oversee construction efforts to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Coordination : Manage onsite functions and administrative staff.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to all EHS regulations.
