We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our data-driven decision-making process and provide strategic insights to support various business units.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS Redshift, Domo, and other BI tools, paired with a strategic mindset and leadership skills.

This role will lead the BI team, including managing an analyst, to ensure we leverage data effectively to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Architecture Oversight : Lead and optimize our AWS Redshift data warehouse to support scalable, efficient data models for reporting and analytics.
• Domo Platform Management : Manage the Domo platform, creating customized dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.
• Data Governance and Quality : Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with leaders in departments such as marketing, planning, and operations to identify key metrics and drive actionable insights that improve performance.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor an analyst; ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of reports and dashboards.
• Advanced Reporting : Lead the development of complex, real-time reports and dashboards using Domo and AWS Redshift.
• Data Visualization & Storytelling : Translate complex data into compelling insights and stories for stakeholders, enhancing decision-making.
• Project Management : Manage BI projects from ideation through completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery.
• Cost Optimization : Collaborate with IT to optimize AWS Redshift and Domo platforms for cost-efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Redshift or other cloud data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
• Proficiency in Domo for dashboard creation, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong data modeling and SQL querying skills, with a focus on AWS Redshift.
• Familiarity with API integrations, unifying data from various sources into Domo.
• Proven track record of leading BI teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data governance, data security, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Python or R for automation and advanced data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Business acumen to translate data into meaningful business insights.
