30 HRS WEEKLY), HYBRID

Pay Range : $50 - $55

Requirements :

GCIB Sales Technology is looking for a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to lead the planning and implementation of a multi-team, multi-application IT projects

Overview :

Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.

Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.

Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change.

Responsible for financials and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work, drive results, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
• Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery -e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
• Facilitates dependency management / risk management / impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promotes / facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gathers / facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders / leadership pertaining to delivery, risks and schedule.
• Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor / stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Supports resource planning for delivery / execution and strong financial management skills.
• 10+ years of project management experience preferably in technology financial services
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Ability to drive business outcomes with operational and technological considerations
• Excellent inter-personal, communication, negotiation and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive business outcomes with operational and technological considerations.
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Understands stakeholder expectations and creates regular updates to keep stakeholders informed
• Possesses knowledge of prior solutions to existing problems and applies them to solve similar problems
• Agile experience a plus
• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience working in a financial industry would be a plus
