HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities) :
The Warehouse Driver / Bulk Loaders would be responsible for moving trailers in the yard to dock doors as needed and loading Lube-Tech bulk trucks for next days deliveries.
Other duties would include daily shuttle runs between the St Paul and Roseville facilities. This person will help maintain an organized facility and vehicle through the 5S process, and assist in all warehouse activities as needed while working in a safe and cost efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Function within the guidelines of the Lube-Tech culture and principles.
- The loading and unloading of bulk trucks in compliance with Lube-Tech policies.
- The moving of raw material trailers to docks for daily work load in the bulk department.
- Assure that all product is identified & labeled correctly to EPA standards prior to loading and transporting products on the Recycling vehicle.
- Able to operate a forklift in a safe and effective manner.
- Continuously strive to minimize operating expenses.
- Work with the Operations Manager to identify continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all process and DOT requirements.
- Manage the flow of inventory and delivery documents for all material movement.
- Maintain schedules and directives.
- Operate under and follow all DOT, MPCA, and Federal regulations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications) :
Education :
High School Diploma / GED
Experience and / or Training :
Class A CDL with HAZ-MAT and Tanker Endorsement.
License / Certification :
- Forklift Certification (Preferred)
- Knowledge of handheld scanning systems (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- At least 3 years of forklift experience.
- Good communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowlege of bulk transport trucks.
- Yard dog experience moving trailers around the yard. (Preferred)
